Our client, an industry leader in the wholesale distribution industry, is seeking a Assistant Manager, FP&A to join their rapidly growing team. The role will oversee key finance functions, including planning, controlling, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing accounting data, financial information, organizational assets, and cash flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis: including variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, market benchmarking, and performance assessment.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI dashboard development.
  • Financial models for consolidation and strategic decision-making, while maintaining long-term financial forecasts.
  • Provides expertise in cash flow management, treasury functions, and supports M&A activities like due diligence and valuation analysis.
  • Month/quarter/year end reporting

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • CPA or MBA
  • Strong knowledge with Excel (e.g. looking at return on investments & breakeven points)
  • Treasury or M&A expertise
  • 4+ years of FP&A industry experience
  • Public Practice foundation is a plus!
