As the Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our cloud services by leading a team of skilled engineers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to the team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Operations and Customer Support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: Set clear objectives for the team, manage workflow, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork and cohesion. Provide constructive feedback to team members. Technical Oversight: Create and review customer solutions and designs to ensure feasibility and compliance with industry standards and Denvr product offerings.

Engage with Denvr’s Executives and contribute to a strong understanding of current and future technologies, customer needs, trends, and opportunities for Denvr to differentiate itself and prosper in the cloud services market. Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss project specifications and scope. Communicate modifications or challenges related to ongoing projects.

Provide cloud and software support and make recommendations based on client needs. Process Improvement and Innovation: Develop and implement new processes or procedures for the team. Collaborate with other departments (such as Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Operations) to align engineering efforts with company goals.

Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, attend workshops, seminars, and conferences. Ensure that team members receive proper training and induction into the company’s culture. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 10yrs experience with solutions engineering or a related field, preferred. 5yrs experience in a leadership or senior role within a technical team.

Experience in software development, system design, or technical consulting is highly valued. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles. Experience with cloud computing platforms and related services.

Knowledge of networking, security, databases, and other relevant technologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. Ability to embrace direction and vision and work effectively within that scope.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends related to the products or services the company offers. Knowledge of competitors and their offerings. Ability to anticipate customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development teams. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Ability to design and innovate technical solutions & services for client’s requirements.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Demonstrate flexibility (e.g., redeployment, off-hour setup requests, etc.) Proven ability to own the solution engineering design, technical activities, and delivery. Experience managing multiple projects with go live milestones.
