Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which would have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and would produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG.

Position
The

Project Administrator/Coordinator

is an integral part of


Woodfibre LNG’s


dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive reports that document the progress of the project. You will work closely with the project team, Owner’s team, and stakeholders to gather information, analyze data, and communicate key insights and recommendations effectively through written reports. Your role will be critical in ensuring that project stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information to support decision making and drive project success. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in coordinating tasks related to the project, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams. This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the project services and project control group.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
Collaborate with project managers and team members to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements for reporting
Participate in weekly department/stake holder meetings.
Prepare and format project reports in a clear, concise, and professional manner, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and adherence to organizational standards
Coordinate, prepare for, and organize project activities with internal stakeholders and contractors.
Manage schedule by assessing, communicating, and implementing adjustments to project timelines
Generate meeting minutes, distribute them to stakeholders, and ensure follow-up on action items
Ensure that reports are delivered on time and meet established deadlines and requirements, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather feedback, address questions or concerns, and incorporate revisions or updates as needed
Stay informed about project progress, developments, and changes to accurately reflect the status and impact in project reports
Maintain organized documentation and records related to project reporting, ensuring accessibility and traceability of information for future reference or audit purposes
Provide administrative support to Project Services and Project Controls team, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining project databases

Requirements
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technical writing, or related field preferred
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize information, identify key insights, and draw actionable conclusions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with report writing tools
Familiarity with project management concepts, methodologies, and terminology, and the ability to quickly grasp and communicate project-related information
Attention to detail and accuracy in writing, editing, and proofreading reports, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels
Valid driver’s license and passport



Additional Requirements:
Available to travel to United States for work

Team player with expertise in various computer programs (e.g., MS Office)
