Basic Responsibilities will be;
Maintenance of corporate files and minute books
Preparation of corporate documents such as incorporations, amalgamations, share structures, dissolutions, revivals, shareholder agreements, resolutions, corporate reorganizations, minute book audits
Organizing and preparing closing books, handling post-closing documents, receipting payments, preparation of reporting documents.
Attending to CORES Level 1, 2 and 3 filings with the Alberta Corporate Registry
Preparing accounts, posting time, receipting payments
Dictation, draft general correspondence, opening/closing files, organizing files, filing, photocopying
Managing lawyer calendars and appointments
