About our Client


Our Client a leader in Transportation and logistics is looking for a CEO to join their team. In this role, you will bear the responsibility of providing strategic guidance, propelling growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of our operations. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this individual will supervise a diverse team of professionals and work closely with senior management to realize our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and articulate the company’s vision, mission, and strategic trajectory.
  • Exploring New Markets: Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, devising effective strategies.
  • Promoting Innovation and Service Excellence: Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and exemplary customer service throughout the organization.
  • Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and profitability while effectively managing costs and resources. Develop and execute annual budget plans and performance targets.
  • Overseeing Operations: Supervise all operational activities including warehousing, freight brokerage, transportation, and supply chain management. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Implement efficient processes and systems to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent at all levels of the organization. Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to foster a high-performance culture. Promote collaboration, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in executive management within the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $250,000.
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Potential bonus on achieving predetermined targets and milestones.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and dental coverage.
