Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist for one of their Downtown clients. This is a hybrid role and will work in collaboration with a HR team. Robert Half is seeking a HR Generalist with a bit of get up and go who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where collaboration is key.

Some of the key responsibilities will include; Talent Acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, updating policies, updating and administration of data for HRIS, audit reporting, work process flow, HR operations, payroll and benefits support and administration as well as other ad-hoc projects.



Must Haves:

  • HR Degree/Diploma preferred
  • Previous HR experience 3+ years
  • Technically savvy when it comes to Excel, SharePoint, HRIS.
  • Previous experience with a HRIS and payroll advantageous
  • Excellent communications, hard worker and a people person
