Senior Production Accountant Consultant Westbrick Energy Ltd. is a private company founded in 2011 based in Calgary, Alberta. The Company is focused on liquids rich natural gas exploitation in the Alberta Deep Basin. Westbrick is looking for a Senior Production Accountant (“PA”) to join its Calgary head office team, 3-4 days per week. The ideal candidate will be able to perform monthly PA duties including, but not limited to, gas plant allocations, Petrinex reporting, revenue/financial reporting and dealing with 3 rd party processing.

Other duties may include Metrix set up or reviews and assistance with the monthly revenue cycle. Responsibilities: · Production Accounting for Operated Gas Plant. · Additional other properties as required (Oil Battery). · Deal with numerous 3 rd party volumes and parties. · Regulatory compliance (Petrinex). · Assist JV Accountant with Processing Fee verification. · Take on ad hoc PA projects as required. · Assist with A/R cleanup and outstanding amendments. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Minimum 10 years of PA experience. · In depth knowledge of Metrix, Energylink, JV Nexus and Petrinex systems. · Strong understanding of JV Fee agreements and familiar with CS Explorer. · Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills. · CAPPA certificate · Attention to detail and deadline-oriented with strong analytic and problem-solving skills. · Effective communication skills both verbally and written. · Ability to work independently, while also working collaboratively with others. · Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic and changing environment. · Capable of maintaining a high volume workload.
