Investment Banking Analyst/Senior Analyst

The role: We are looking for a committed individual who is excited about transactions.

A typical day could include the following tasks: Support Vice Presidents and Associates in executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises and valuation engagements. Research and analyze clients’ financial situations, industry and market data, and mergers and acquisition opportunities. Perform research and analysis in support of thematic publications and new business generation Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and client presentations Manage purchasers throughout the sale process including facilitating their diligence Prepare external client proposals.

Job Requirements: An ideal candidate should have the following: Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or a related field with a proven academic record. 2 – 3 years of work experience in an accounting or corporate finance role. A strong understanding of financial accounting, valuation, modelling and forecasting. The ability to function well in both a team setting and on a self-directed basis.
