Account Administrator I (Reception)

As an Account Administrator you are responsible for greeting walk-in clients and callers in a friendly and courteous manner. You will build strong lasting relationships with our clients by demonstrating respect, professionalism and ethics in every encounter.

This is a part-time position consisting up to 26.5 hours per week from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch. In addition, the successful candidate will be scheduled to work rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Thursdays from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

The position will also be required to cover vacations for other team members by working full days (7.5 hours per day) for approx. 7 weeks of a calendar year.



Responsibilities

Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service
Answer telecommunications system and direct calls accordingly
Process client payments according to the needs of the Insurance Company and policies
Verify client documents for accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies
Process insurance policies and documents following Drayden’s workflows
Follow up on outstanding matters with insurance companies
Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word), with data entry speed of 45 wpm

Previous insurance experience is considered an asset
