Oracle HCM

Akkodis is seeking an Oracle HCM Architect for a contract position with a client located in British Columbia. Ideally looking for a resource with hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion HCM modules, someone with Demonstrated experience as the solution lead functional architect, in particular in large organizations. Oracle HCM Architect – Victoria / Vancouver, BC (Hybrid) Mandatory Skills Minimum of 10 years of experience within the last 15 years implementing some combination of Oracle Fusion HCM modules as the solution lead functional architect; Process Optimization and Best Practices Adherence; Describe how the candidate contributed to streamline HR processes by utilizing Oracle HCM system functionalities.

Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud in the Canadian public sector and / or unionized organizations; Describe the candidate’s experience if different than above. Qualifications Must have an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Certification. Payroll Certification (CPP, FPC, CPM, etc) or equivalent experience.

Experience implementing position management in large organizations (500 employees). Describe the candidate’s experience specific to position management.
