Recruiter Downtown Vancouver, BC IMMEDIATE START 2 Month contract FULL-TIME (40 Hours per week) Hybrid Your New Company: Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a financial organization in downtown, BC. We are seeking a Recruiter to join their team immediately. This is a 2-month contract with potential to extend.

You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday business hours (5 days per week). There is potential to extend and can work on a hybrid basis. Your New Role: You will be working full-time, Monday-Friday and report into the Director of Talent acquisition.

You will conduct recruitment activities for financial positions. Source and attract candidates. Conduct interviews and screen candidates for open positions.

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Arrange interviews and coordinate new hires Onboard new employees and monitor their integration.

Provide well-documented recruiting reports to Excel and MS Office. What you’ll need to succeed: 2 years of experience within Recruiting High volume recruitment experience (financial industry preferred) Ability to thrive is a fast-paced, high-pressure role with tight deadlines. Pay rate with $25.00 -$29.00 per hour. You will work full time Monday – Friday for 3-month contract. You will have the possibility to potentially extend.
