They have a solid plan in place, and they need a seasoned, industry-experienced operational leader to put the plan in action.

The expectation is that the right person will hit the ground running and not look back.

Who you are

1. 7 plus years of industry-related experience in a senior role
2. Hands-on experience where you played a role in an expansion/acquisition/startup with a new or existing business
