As our business continues to develop, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Vice President to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Formulate marketing strategy with upper management to drive brand adoption and communicate value.
  2. Allocate and control financial, human, and material resources to execute marketing strategies.
  3. Establish key marketing teams and projects, ensuring the recruitment and development of marketing managers, empowering them with the authority and resources.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks, informing the company’s strategic direction.
  5. Work closely with upper management in the planning and implementation of key initiatives, recommending required focus areas and prioritization of objectives.
  6. Plan and execute effective integrated marketing plans (through both online and offline programs) to capture mind share, market share, and conversions.
  7. Represent the company in key marketing negotiations, partnerships, speaking engagements, and participate in industry events.
  8. Oversee the processes that ensure all marketing materials comply with financial regulations and data protection laws applicable to the payment technology industry.
  9. Manage key corporate communications, ensuring that they accurately reflect leadership priorities and timely execution.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams and department heads to align strategic initiatives with operational functions.
  11. Represent the CEO in high-level meetings, providing thorough follow-up and keeping the executive team informed of critical issues and outcomes.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in all-rounded marketing/strategic planning, project management, ideally within the payment industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that impact business growth and client satisfaction.
  4. A visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop long-term strategic plans.
  5. Proven track record in team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration.
  6. Strong communication skills with a charismatic and engaging personality.
  7. Ability to present effectively at high-level meetings and industry conferences.
  8. Proficiency in using data analytics tools and interpreting complex data sets.
  9. Experience in data-driven decision making with the ability to translate complex market insights into actionable strategies.
  10. Knowledge of payment technology and cross-border payment services.
  11. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the payments industry.
  12. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  13. Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and marketing methodologies in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
