Who We’re Looking For:

Reshape is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to support our exciting practice. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:



Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (related to energy &/or sustainability preferred but not required);
  • An interdisciplinary background, with 1-3 years of experience in areas such as administration, research, and coordination;
  • Strong organizational skills & the ability to manage competing timelines and responsibilities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Above average technological literacy (ie: Microsoft Suite, WordPress, Digital Design tools, etc. Experience with GIS is highly sought after);
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our four Partners as the administrative arm of the firm while helping coordinate projects on a day-to-day or as-needed basis;
  • Maintain and update internal systems (such as invoicing, Partner calendars, operations manual, tracking and project databases, office management duties, etc.);
  • Assist in the submission of proposals, drafting of contracts and agreements, editing and issuing of reports, memos, presentations, and creation of written materials such as blog posts and case studies;
  • Complete research tasks as they arise, such as literature or policy reviews.


Reshape offers competitive compensation and a flexible work environment with strong work-life balance. We are based in Vancouver, BC, but we work across Canada and beyond. The successful candidate must reside in the Lower Mainland and be able to commute to our Downtown Vancouver office at least three times a week. Depending on interest and education, there may be room to grow into a different role within Reshape.



This position is salaried, with remuneration ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
