Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Administrator at Varsa Windows & Doors. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, administrative assistance, customer service, front office tasks, and receptionist duties on a day-to-day basis.



Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Customer Service and Front Office skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • College diploma or equivalent required
  • Interested in learning new systems
  • Engaging with a positive attitude at all times
  • CRM Knowledge and Social Media Management a plus
  • Manage company email
  • Record new inquiries on CRM
