Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Administrator at Varsa Windows & Doors. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, administrative assistance, customer service, front office tasks, and receptionist duties on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance skills
- Customer Service and Front Office skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- College diploma or equivalent required
- Interested in learning new systems
- Engaging with a positive attitude at all times
- CRM Knowledge and Social Media Management a plus
- Manage company email
- Record new inquiries on CRM
