Responsibilities

Supervising and overseeing daily operations in the Facility, this involves making sure that the productivity of the warehouse staff are monitored. Monitoring them ensures that targets are met for customer satisfaction. 

Restocking the inventory as required.

Making sure that all the products are moved and stored in the right location of the warehouse. This responsibility also includes transferring of products to vehicles for delivery in a prompt manner.

Managing the team of warehouse workers to guarantee safe delivery, storage and distribution of products. Instructing them on what to do a particular point in time.

Ensuring that each member of the team understands his/her responsibilities and deadlines

Keeping records of items that are coming into the inventory and also keep records of items out for delivery. This ensures that the availability of wide range of products for various projects and departments 

Overseeing the unloading of incoming deliveries and checking for damages, verifying quantities against purchase orders. 

Be a go to person for the rectification of inventory discrepancies and addressing safety concerns 

This role extends beyond the warehouse floor as you will sometimes be asked to participate in performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the team members to improve efficiency and productivity

Be comfortable with Technologies, data analysis and people management

Strong organization and problem solving skills 

Juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and staying calm under pressing 

Be hardworking, have excellent communications and interpersonal relationship skills
