Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively connect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, driving expansion in the Calgary region. Connect with some of Calgary’s coolest companies and industries. You’re the type of person who loves meeting new people and connecting with anyone.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Introduce new ideas and feel like an extension of their team.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics. We measure only the activities and results that matter
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, market changes, and competitors to seize new opportunities. Regularly share creative ideas and new approaches.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts for management. Constant improvement happens when we see trends and address early flags.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategy and share client insights. You also love knowing all the people in the company. Not just those in your department.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Inexperienced, or experienced, we’re looking for each to help round out our team. B2B experienced preferred.

  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to connect and talk with people in-person, on the phone, and on Teams
  • Responsive and quickly recognize requests and responds to clients in a timely manner
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Understand LinkedIn and the power of social selling
  • Ability to learn quickly and ask questions to provide fast clarity. There is a lot to learn in this industry. Genuine curiosity will be your friend.

  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for working with clients and making them look their best to their clients and employees
  • Ability to travel within the greater Calgary limits
  • Willingness to travel within the Southern Alberta region as needed and occasionally to head office in Edmonton
  • Able to attend occasional conferences and events outside of normal business hours for networking and education purposes


What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary with a performance-driven commission structure.


  • Guaranteed salary for first 12 months, determined by either less than or greater than 10 years of B2B experience.
  • Expected first year on target earnings: $80,000 – $100,000
  • Expected second year on target earnings: $110,000 – $150,000+
