We are seeking a bright, hardworking, well-organized individual to join our accounting department. We are heavily involved in subscription and recurring billing contracts. You will be instrumental in working closely with internal teams, fostering strong professional relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- A/R billing
- Receipt recording
- Collections, reconciliation, posting, financial analysis and other related accounting activities.
Candidates Requirements
- Formal College level accounting certificate required
- Experience with Accounting Software
- Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Solid accounting experience
- Good English verbal and written skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Strong computer skills are definite assets
