Job Description

Demir Engineering Ltd. provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services to various industries, including mining, metallurgy, oil and gas, infrastructure, and other industrial customers for "Asset Management and Maintenance Services".

Successful candidates need to demonstrate:

Day to day tasks include:

Payables

  • Completing credit applications
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Comparing project costs to budgets
  • Preparing vendor payments
  • Reconciling vendor statements

Receivables

  • Issuing customer invoices
  • Posting customer payments
  • Monitoring customer accounts and following up on slow invoices
  • Process customer credit applications

Other duties include:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a functional and pleasant workspace, including supply management, cleaning schedules, and asthetics
  • Coordinating staff events
  • Assisting with office administration as necessary
