The Role (Yes, it's fully remote)

You’ll coach driven entrepreneurs to:

• Get clear on what matters.
• Build a plan they can actually follow.
• Execute in 7-day sprints—fast, focused, and fun.

You are part coach, strategist, project manager, and accountability partner to your coaching clients. You keep clients on track, between sessions, until they win.

All while working remote and setting your own hours.

What You’ll Do

Run 3 types of sessions:

• Intake – Understand their business + challenges.
• Roadmap – Build the plan.
• Weekly Coaching Session – Review last week, set priorities, lock in the next 7 days.

Additionally:

• Follow up between sessions.
• Share wins and solve problems with our coaching team.
• Get better every month.

• Backgrounds as Entrepreneurs, Consultants, Coaches, Teachers, Clinical therapists.

Pay

You start with a few clients to get trained up, and provided with more when you’re ready to handle more clients.

• You set your hours.
• You set your ideal client load. 

Minimum client load of 5 clients at 19-23k per year.

Maximum client load of 25 clients at 96-114k per year

--> Pay scale based on experience.
