Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders from clients and vendors.
  • Match purchase orders with invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure proper authorization for all documents and transactions.
  • Code and post invoices accurately into the system.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
  • Proactively reach out to customers.
  • Learn about the lighting industry and its specific aspects.
  • After the probationary period, answer technical questions via phone and email related to the lighting industry.
  • Learn our products and systems to work independently and answer customer inquiries.


Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
  • Bonus skills: digital marketing experience, proficiency in French, or knowledge/experience in electrical work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
  • 1-2 years of reception/administrative experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communication, and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A personality that fundamentally understands and values our company principles.
