Secretary / Administrative SupportOur client is an established and growing organization in Vaughan seeking a detail-oriented Secretary to support daily administrative operations. Type professional correspondence, including letters and memos in Microsoft Word
Draft, format, proofread, and edit business documents with accuracy
Enter and update orders and data using Microsoft Excel
Track and monitor orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
Coordinate courier services and manage document/package deliveries
Answer and direct incoming phone calls (primarily overflow calls)
Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word with strong formatting and document preparation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking
Minimum typing speed of 60+ WPM with strong accuracy
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Previous secretarial or administrative experience (preferred)
