Adoption and Change Management Coach

Our Digital Workplace Adoption practice is searching for an energetic, adaptable, and passionate individual to join our team as an M365 Adoption and Change Management Coach. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and modern ways of working, with a specific emphasis on leveraging Copilot. Your primary responsibility will be to guide organizations and end users through the transition, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 while embracing Copilot’s capabilities.

We recognize that Copilot for M365 is hot off the shelves. You don’t have to know everything, but you must have worked with it, understand its possibilities, know the significance of high-value use cases and prompt engineering, and, most importantly, you must be fired up about the ways organizations and end users can leverage Copilot to better their workday. Not only do you have the ability to coach others and facilitate training and conversations, but we’re also looking for a critical and creative thinker.

You have the ability to connect seemingly unrelated information; you can get creative, think on your feet, consider diverse perspectives, analyze information thoroughly, and ask good questions. Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions for end users, covering Microsoft 365 applications and features, with a special focus on Copilot. Customize training content to meet the unique needs of different user groups, from beginners to power users.

End User Coaching: Provide personalized coaching to end users, addressing their specific challenges and questions related to M365, modern work practices, and Copilot. Foster a positive learning experience by patiently guiding users through practical scenarios and real-world examples. Microsoft Workshops: Organize and facilitate workshops that showcase the power of Copilot within Microsoft 365.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create interactive and hands-on sessions. Content Creation: Develop user-friendly guides, tutorials, and documentation focused on M365, modern work best practices, and Copilot. Craft compelling communication materials (emails, newsletters, intranet posts) to promote adoption.

Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to create change management approaches. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address them to ensure smooth adoption. Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from end users regarding usage and effectiveness.

Use insights to continuously improve training materials and coaching approaches. Stay Current: Keep on top of Microsoft 365 updates, Copilot enhancements, and industry trends pertaining to modern ways of working. Share relevant information with colleagues and end users.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or similar education or work experience) in a relevant field. Prosci Change Practitioner certification (or similar) is a strong asset. Proven experience in change management, adoption, or training related to Microsoft 365 & Copilot; strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, To Do, Planner, Copilot, and their integration possibilities.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to evolving technologies.

Additional Information: Location: Can work remotely from anywhere in Canada; strong preference is given to candidates located in Calgary, Alberta (a hybrid option also available to these candidates) Position Type: Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
