Responsibilities
- Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care
- Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and products
- Conduct product demos and upsell skincare or beauty products to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Provide professional hair styling services when required, including nail care services as part of comprehensive beauty offerings
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to ensure optimal results
- Support team efforts in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment
- Ability to promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques while prioritizing guest needs
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients at the front desk and during consultations
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed; a professional appearance and demeanor are essential
