LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR

Ce que vous aurez à accomplir au titre de « Agent/e méthodes support aux opérations » :
Horaire de travail de WEEKEND

Agir en tant que leader dans la résolution de problèmes techniques en coordonnant les activités avec les autres services de soutien et en supportant techniquement tout le processus de résolution de problèmes : incluant la rédaction et l’exécution des plans, les recommandations et l’implantation des changements;

Gérer des projets de courte et/ou moyenne durée afin d'optimiser la production, de réduire les coûts et d'éliminer les non-valeurs ajoutées;

Harmoniser l'implantation de changements d'ingénierie ou de stratégie d'assemblage et ce en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les services d'ingénierie, de logistique des matières, de la qualité et de production;

Établir des stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication de composantes d'avion;

Définir les outils nécessaires à la fabrication ou l'assemblage de composantes d'avion, afin d'assurer le tolérancement géométrique requis;

Être à l'affut des façons d'améliorer les stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication en plus de prendre part à des projets de recherche et de développement;

Optimiser les processus de rédaction de nos instructions de travail et de contrôle de première production.

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

What you will accomplish as a "Methods Agent Operations Support":
Work schedule WEEKEND

Act as a leader in solving technical problems by coordinating activities with other support services and technically supporting the entire problem-solving process: including writing and executing plans, recommendations, and implementing changes;

Manage short and/or medium-term projects to optimize production, reduce costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities;

Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working closely with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production departments;

Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;

Define the necessary tools for manufacturing or assembling aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing;

Be alert to ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects;

Optimize the processes of writing our work instructions and first production control.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE

Compétences et qualifications requises :

Vous possédez un diplôme d’étude collégiale en génie ou l'équivalent;

Vous avez au minimum deux (2) années d'expérience en milieu manufacturier;

Vous possédez une expérience dans le domaine de l'aéronautique;

Vous démontrez d'excellentes aptitudes pour les communications verbales et écrites;

Vous connaissez très bien le logiciel SAP et MS Office, notamment MS Project, PowerPoint et Excel. Vous avez des connaissances des Catia V5;

Vous êtes un bon joueur d'équipe avec de solides aptitudes en communication, qui assure l'interface avec les nombreux partenaires d'affaires impliqués;

Vous devez faire preuve d'aptitudes organisationnelles et en leadership supérieures et vous devez être à l'aise dans un environnement de travail dynamique et changeant.

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS

Required skills and qualifications:

You hold a college diploma in engineering or equivalent;

You have at least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment;

You have experience in the aeronautics field;

You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;

You are very familiar with SAP and MS Office software, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. You have knowledge of Catia V5;

You are a good team player with strong communication skills, ensuring interface with the many involved business partners;

You must demonstrate superior organizational and leadership skills and be comfortable in a dynamic and changing work environment.
