Responsibilities:
Improve AI scoring accuracy for fluency, coherence, grammar, and vocabulary.
Integrate scoring models into our student dashboards.
Optimize backend for scalability as we grow globally.
Work with tutors to incorporate pedagogical insights into AI logic.
Qualifications:
Experience with NLP and LLMs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).
Strong background in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Familiarity with language assessment or edtech systems.
