IN THIS JOB YOU WILL: Creates and confirms transport order to ensure delivery of the shipment to the final customer Ensures customer service excellent is provided; requirements are met and documents are completed in a timely and efficient manner Provides spot quotations and performs up-and cross-selling on inbound customer calls YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Good knowledge of forwarding business, DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business systems Good knowledge of CS processes and systems.
