Role Description This is a full-time remote mortgage broker role for an Alberta Broker at Swivel Mortgage Group.

The Alberta Broker will be responsible for managing mortgage applications, liaising with clients, conducting financial assessments, analyzing market trends, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. The Alberta Broker will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with lenders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of mortgage financing and lending practices Experience in mortgage underwriting and assessing financial risks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and provide informed mortgage advice Proficiency in mortgage software and digital tools Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work independently and remotely Proven track record of meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction Alberta Mortgage Broker license (or willingness to obtain one) I am open to brand new agents or those looking to get into the industry.
