Our client, a leading construction solutions provider, is seeking a Chemical Anchoring Specialist to join their team. As a Chemical Anchoring Specialist, you will be part of the structural retrofitting and installation department supporting commercial and industrial construction teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Chemical Anchoring Specialist

What’s the Job?
Perform chemical anchoring using epoxy, resin, and adhesive systems
Read and interpret construction drawings and engineered specs
Install threaded rods, rebar dowels, and seismic anchors accurately
Operate core drills, injection tools, and other anchoring equipment safely
Follow all safety protocols and quality standards at job sites
What’s Needed?
1–5+ years of experience in anchoring, construction, or concrete work
Familiarity with Hilti, Simpson Strong-Tie, or Sika anchoring systems
Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision
Certification in chemical anchoring or willingness to obtain (preferred)
Physical ability to work in varied job site environments
