Are you an experienced automotive professional with a knack for leading teams and managing operations?. The Applewood Auto Group is looking for a seasoned and experienced Automotive Fixed Operations Manager at our Applewood Mitsubishi Location, who will oversee all aspects of the Parts and Service departments. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in automotive service and operations management. They must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as have the ability to think strategically while being detail oriented.
They must also have knowledge of warranty work and be able to manage customer relationships. If you excel in leading teams and managing operations, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss Role & Responsibilities Oversee the service and parts department with day-to-day routines. Oversee and Maintain Quality Control standards within the parts and service departments and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest possible standards. Identifying problems causing customer dissatisfaction, finding solutions, monitor issues, and following up with customers.
Observes and coaches team members’ behaviors to maintain high standards of customer service. Overseeing and approving routine service and maintenance task on vehicles. Maintaining an environment of collaboration amongst team member to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintaining an organized and efficient workflow for service and parts activities.
Manage the financial aspects of the parts and service departments, including setting and achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses, and maximizing profitability. What we need from you: 3 years of service and parts experience. 3 years of Management experience Data entry and document preparation/organization experience Computer proficiency (MS Office and other applications) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong organization and prioritization skills Why should you work for Applewood?.
