Job Description
Ascent Home Systems Ltd. is an electrical contractor specializing in residential systems, home automation, and high performance building. We are committed to quality and pursue innovative electrical and technological solutions for modern homes.We are currently seeking high performing apprentices to join our growing team.
Applicants must:
* Have already registered in the trade, and possess a minimum 6 months experience
* Ability to communicate clearly with team members, contractors, and clients.
* Valid driver’s license & clean driving record - own transportation required.
* Register their apprenticeship upon employment.
* Willingness to learn new concepts and ideas in the field of automation and technology.
* Ability to both independently and collaboratively solve challenges.
The following skills would be considered an asset:
* Previous construction experience
* Experience or exposure to residential automation systems (Control4, Lutron)
* Technical literacy or interest in computers, automation systems or other electronics.
* Previous sales experience
