Our Client is an employee-owned, award-winning, architectural practice firm with a proven track record in practical, innovative, and economical design. Our client has designed some of Canada’s most notable buildings, primarily in healthcare.
Qualifications / Experience
- Knowledge of exterior envelope detailing
- Experience with construction site verification/quality control
- Experienced with Revit
- Experience with Healthcare / Institutional Design
- Experience with detailing and construction site inspections of LEED, Zero Carbon NET or other high efficiency envelopes is an asset
- Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years architectural drafting experience on buildings/facilities
- Experience coordinating a multi-disciplinary project team
- Strong Communications skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
