3-7 Years Corporate Associate Lawyer – Edmonton
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is newly looking for a talented mid to senior-level associate with 3-7 years’ experience in Corporate and M&A. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of substantive corporate transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and global corporate restructurings. You will be a self-starter, driven, and thrive in a collegial environment. This is a rare and valuable opportunity to join a top global firm in Edmonton.
Specifically, the successful candidate’s skills and experience will include advising client companies on a broad array of corporate transactions, including debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions.
Our clients include publicly listed and privately held entities, so 3+ years’ experience from a national, international or very well-reputed law firm and/or mix of in-house work is highly desirable.
The team is made up of high performing and dedicated practitioners who are collegial, bright and committed to producing excellent results for our clients. You will take a lead role, working closely with our Corporate Partners and Associates.
