We are looking for a dynamic, agile, and visionary Associate Creative Director to join our growing creative powerhouse. In This Role, You Will

• Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and creative pitches, building persuasive narratives that inspire clients and drive new business.
• Translate strategic narratives into clear, engaging copy for proposals, scripts, and presentations.
• Develop campaign concepts and creative directions that translate seamlessly across experiential, digital, and social platforms.
• Guide internal teams through ideation sessions, sparking bold ideas and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Partner with Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams to deliver integrated concepts with clear strategic outcomes.
• Present confidently to clients, building excitement and trust through your ability to articulate ideas.
• Stay ahead of cultural, creative, and experiential trends to inform and inspire your work.

• A natural storyteller, equally skilled at shaping narrative frameworks for proposals and presenting them with impact to clients.
• A strong communicator with an instinct for persuasive copywriting and an eye for design.
• Skilled at translating briefs into ideas that connect emotionally and strategically.
• A collaborative creative leader who inspires teams while building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Passionate about experiential marketing and the power of live brand moments.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing clarity and creativity even under pressure.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in creative concept development, storytelling, and proposal writing.
• Demonstrated success in developing pitch decks and RFP responses that secured client wins.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and creativity across integrated campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills, with an ability to tailor tone and style to different audiences.
• Experience leading client-facing presentations and creative pitches.
• Understanding of how to align creative ideas with measurable client objectives (KOIs and KPIs).
• A collaborative mindset, with experience working across multi-city creative teams.
