Founder and Managing Lawyer @ McDermott Family Law | Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Job Description

McDermott Family Law is seeking an energetic and well-rounded family law lawyer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience in Family Law.

The candidate should be proficient in legal drafting, possess effective negotiation and communication skills, and have experience with legal software such as, but not limited to, Divorcemate Cloud, Word, Excel, billing, and accounting software.

Experience in legal research and assisting in preparing for Superior Court Motions and/or Trials is required.
