Associate Vice President – Sales (Canada)

We are a global IT staffing and consulting firm, committed to delivering world-class talent solutions. As we expand our footprint in Canada, we are looking for an AVP – Sales who can build strong client partnerships, drive new business, and grow our presence across Canada’s diverse industries.
Your Role
As the AVP – Sales (Canada), you will:
✅ Develop and execute the sales strategy for staffing and recruitment across Canada
✅ Target key industries such as IT, Financial Services, Engineering, Telecom, and Healthcare
✅ Build relationships with HR Heads, Procurement Teams, and CXOs in enterprise accounts
✅ Partner with MSPs, VMS platforms, and direct clients to deliver customized staffing solutions
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets for contract staffing, permanent hiring, and project-based roles
✅ Stay updated on Canadian market trends, compliance requirements, and hiring challenges
✅ Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client service and repeat business
Who You Are
10+ years of sales experience in staffing/recruitment, with a strong network in Canada
Proven success in winning new clients and managing large accounts
Deep understanding of staffing models, MSP/VMS partnerships, and Canadian labor regulations
Existing relationships with decision-makers in Canadian enterprises (bonus if you have exposure to government/public sector clients)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about business development in Canada
