This Position is an Independent Contractor Position, so you will need to bring your entrepreneurial mindset to grow your own business What You’ll Bring Our ideal Sales Manager will live, breathe and be passionate about cars and the automotive industry. You’ll have proven success in managing and leading people within a car dealership. You’ll know the sales cycle like the back of your hand. A successful automotive sales manager should have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team, in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to improve their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly Continuously seek out ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the dealership.
