<p><h3><b>Driven Auto Group — Service Technician (310S Licensed )</b></h3><p><b>Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced, dependable, and skilled Service Technician to join our growing Service Department.</b></p>
<p>We operate a modern, high-volume facility with multiple bays, advanced diagnostic equipment, and a strong mix of internal reconditioning work, customer-pay repairs, and retail service growth.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for a technician who maintains high standards, communicates professionally, and is comfortable working across multiple makes and models.</p>
<h3><b>Role Overview</b></h3>
<p>As a Service Technician, you will perform mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and dealership-level quality. You will work closely with our Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management team to keep workflow moving smoothly and maintain our reputation for excellent workmanship.</p>
<h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform general mechanical repairs, maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics</li>
<li>Work confidently on multiple makes and models (domestic, Asian, European)</li>
<li>Complete safety inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles</li>
<li>Use OEM repair procedures and follow manufacturer-recommended processes</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with advisors regarding required repairs and timelines</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation on repair orders</li>
<li>Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards</li>
<li>Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized shop environment</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Preferred Experience & Skills</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician, or experienced 2nd–4th year apprentice</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and mechanical proficiency</li>
<li>Experience with OEM repair procedures (Toyota, GM, FCA, Honda, Ford, VW, BMW, Mercedes, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical bulletins, and service manuals</li>
<li>Experience in a dealership environment (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Familiarity with PBS DMS or other dealership management systems is a strong asset</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities</li>
<li>Valid G-Class driver’s licence with clean abstract</li>
</ul>
