Fountain Tire London (First Street) is looking for a skilled and Licensed/Red Seal Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

You will get to
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle.
- Perform appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete approved service on customer vehicles.
- Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications.
- Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
- Advise customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements.
- Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner.
- Support customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries.
What does it take to get on track?
- Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade.
- 10+ years of automotive experience.
- egl strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers.
- A diagnostic specialist who enjoys keeping up with modern technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis.
