Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional AZ Driver to join our Transportation team starting at 6:00am, Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from client sites and other AIM facilities. 

What you’re responsible for:

  • Operating an AZ-class Roll Off Truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies 
  • Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit 
  • Performing manual tarping if necessary 
  • Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition 
  • Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation 
Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a valid AZ driver's license with a clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract 
  • You have experience driving 18 speed manual transmission (required) 
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ Driver 
  • You are physically fit and able to hand tarp 40 and 53yd bins 
  • You can perform loading and unloading activities as required 
  • You are familiar with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset)
