Job Title: Family Caregiver
We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to provide childcare for our two daughters, ages 4 and 2. The successful candidate will work with the existing co-parenting schedule, which includes spending time with the children 5 days a week.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage the energetic 4-year-old’s playtime and provide guidance when needed, while also being sensitive to the shy 2-year-old’s needs and encouraging her to open up and have fun.
In terms of logistics, the caregiver will need to coordinate their schedule with our business owner’s hours, working from 10am-5pm, Monday-Saturday. Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for both children, including homework help, meal preparation, and engaging activities
- Establish a safe and nurturing environment, promoting physical and emotional well-being
- Communicate effectively with the co-parenting team to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in care
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to childcare duties
