Babysitter wanted for childcare in Vancouver

Hiring for a nanny / caregiver starting April 2024. Regular long term work for approx 16 hours per week. We are an active, energetic family in East Van with children ages 4, 7, 13, and 17.

They are into arts, imagination, going to parks, biking, scootering, and swimming. We have a backyard play space and garden, and live near Trout Lake and many parks. We speak French, English, and some Spanish.

Looking for a nanny who: – is comfortable preparing snacks and meals – is able to do daily home and hygiene routines with the little ones (laundry, helping kids with bath and brushing teeth) – can play and have fun with the kids both at home and in the community (going to playgrounds, libraries, and community centres) – understands gentle guidance for good behaviour – can read with kids and help with homework The schedule is flexible; we would like to set up a routine with a couple of early mornings and some afternoon /evening times. Weekends / extra hours available, open to discuss.
