This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your customer service skills, financial knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships.Your job
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure every client interaction is positive and meaningful.
• Open accounts and offer banking products tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to Account Managers to support clients’ financial success.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and attention to detail.
• Educate clients on banking products to promote understanding and engagement.
• Contribute to the success of the branch through collaboration and continuous learning.

Basic requirements
• Some post-secondary education and 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills with a people-first approach.
• Interest in financial products and a desire to grow within the banking industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using MS Office and other banking systems Languages: English
