We want you to feel comfortable working in a non-toxic environment.</li><li>Additional Benefits!</li></ul><br /><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Manage lead flow, conduct sales appointments with inbound leads, schedule client projects.</li><li>Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.</li><li>Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).</li><li>Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.</li><li>Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.</li></ul><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><ul><li>2-5+ years of inside sales or business development (bonus if its home-services related)</li><li>Proven track record in closing sales and managing a pipeline</li><li>High attention to detail, self-motivated, engaging and persuasive personality</li><li>Proficient in navigating and operating a CRM</li><li>Has a driver&#39;s license and a vehicle</li></ul>*No previous construction experience or knowledge required*<br><br><strong>Why join the Bath Tune-Up team?</strong><br><br>Bath Tune-Up is a locally owned and operated business backed by a national franchise system with over 33 years as a leader in the remodelling industry.
