Our client
, a well-established and growing organization based in Richmond Hill, ON, is expanding its Customer Service team! They're seeking a Bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working with technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in both French and English
  • Process membership requests, updates, and cancellations accurately
  • Manage and verify documentation to support rebate eligibility transfers
  • Maintain and update member records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is current
  • Handle deposit or cancellation disputes, escalating complex cases when appropriate
  • Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups
  • Generate reports and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Provide basic IT hardware and software support (training provided) to assist members effectively
What You Bring
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical, membership, or administrative environment
  • Strong interest or experience in IT hardware and/or software support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms (asset)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
