Job Title: Performance Measures Specialist Job Description The Performance Measures Specialist will provide expert input to the annual performance measures of various resources that support the deployment of specific strategies and plans. This role will develop and maintain a measurement structure for reporting business plans to senior management and manage business reporting and monitoring while reviewing and maintaining data integrity for senior management. The Performance Measures Specialist will also develop and maintain an overview of the dashboard for concise reporting and carry out a range of activities to develop an in-depth and ongoing understanding of critical business requirements. In addition, this role will provide priority and focus to critical clients to ensure that relationships are strengthened and enhanced and build alliances and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as finance, business or economics Minimum of five years of relevant experience in client relations and/or assisted housing Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the dashboard, metrics, analysis, operating environment, trends, business Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to undertake and complete multiple concurrent tasks Advanced analytical ability and the ability to model and assess risks Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interpret and present complex information in a succinct way Ability to build and manage effective working relationships with peers, internal and external contacts Ability to assess different business risks Demonstrated project management skills Bilingual (French and English) Note: The competition will remain active until filled.
