Job Title: Biostatistician
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled biostatistician to join our team in training AI models. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of biology and related fields, including Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Environmental Science.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the performance of AI chatbots by providing them with diverse and complex biology problems and assessing their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI models based on correctness and performance.
Requirements:
- A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detailed-oriented.
- Proficient in biology and inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
