T&T Interior Systems is hiring a Bookkeeper to oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, government remittances, and construction job-costing activities. You will maintain accurate financial records, work with QuickBooks Online, and contribute to efficient financial operations.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping
• Manage AR, AP, payroll, and reimbursements
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare HST, WSIB, and required filings
• Produce monthly financial statements (P&L, cash flow, job costing)
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain organized digital financial records
• Streamline workflows using AI tools
• Support construction accounting workflows
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
• 5+ years bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
· Comfortable working with AI tools to streamline processes
• Strong organization and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines
· Experience with construction accounting (asset)
· Experience with Procore (asset)
Education:
· Secondary School Diploma(required)
Accounting Program Diploma and/or certificate (Required)
