Our client, a leading wealth management firm, is searching to hire a Branch Administrator to join their team. In this role you will handle the day-to-day administration of the branch and directly report to the Branch Manager. This is an ideal role for someone with proven experience in the wealth management industry, with excellent customer and client services experience, and is an expert in adapting and multitasking.

Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day administration of the branch and directly support the Branch Manager. Assist with incoming calls and communications as required. Process and maintain client documentation.

Organize meetings in branch for Branch Manager etc. Collaborate with HR Team – and facilities needs re onboarding – ie setting up someone’s desk for their first day. Financial support – process invoices, prepare branch related reports and expense reports.

Must Haves: 8-10 years of wealth management industry experience is required. CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and CPH (Conduct & Practices Handbook Course) certifications are required. Client exposure in previous role – understand the business.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to problem solve and take initiative. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 Location: Downtown Vancouver
