The Opportunity Our client, an agricultural equipment dealership group, is looking for a Branch Manager in central Alberta to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring financial goals are met, customer service is exceptional, and a positive team environment is maintained. Key Account Responsibilities and Functions Direct and coordinate the store’s operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration. Monitor and control overall performance across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to. Develop annual budgets in consultation with corporate management. Participate in recruitment, retention, and development of the most qualified personnel.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages high performance and staff engagement. Address and resolve any customer or staff issues promptly and effectively. Engage in community activities to enhance the company’s local presence and reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications 10 years of experience in farm machinery dealerships or related fields. In-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment, technical principles, and practices. Proficiency in cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in business systems and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with staff, customers, and key business partners.
